Privacy policy
How PRISMA handles your data, on the website and in game.
1. Who we are
PRISMA is operated by PRISMA Network, based in België. Privacy questions: contact@prisma.gg.
2. What we process
In game: your Minecraft username and UUID, IP address, play statistics, chat messages (for moderation) and purchases. On the website: server logs with IP address and browser (max 30 days), your language preference in a cookie, and the player name you look up on a profile page.
We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Discord linking stores only your Discord ID next to your UUID.
3. Why
To run the network (accounts, ranks, economy), to moderate and prevent cheating, to deliver purchases and for statistics such as leaderboards. Legal basis: performance of the service and our legitimate interest in a safe server.
4. Sharing with third parties
Payments go through Tebex Limited (United Kingdom), which as the seller processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only see username, package and amount. Player heads load from mc-heads.net; the Discord widget from discord.com. We never sell data.
5. Retention
Game data is kept while your account is active and up to 12 months after. Moderation logs up to 24 months. Website logs 30 days. Purchase records as long as the law requires (7 years).
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data via contact@prisma.gg or a Discord ticket. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in België.
7. Minors
Players under 16 need permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases. Parents can contact us at contact@prisma.gg.
