I can't connect

Check the IP, your version (Java 1.21) and the status page. Still stuck? Ticket on Discord with a screenshot of the error.

I lost my items

Report it within 24 hours with server, time and what you lost. For a confirmed bug or rollback we restore it.

How do I become staff?

Through the apply button on the Team page. 16 or older and active on the network.
