Frequently asked questions
How fast do I receive my purchase?
Usually within a minute after payment, automatically via Tebex, even when you are not logged in at that moment. Nothing after 15 minutes? Relog, and otherwise open a ticket on Discord with your transaction ID.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are delivered instantly, so purchases are final in principle. Mistakes on our side (not delivered, wrong package) are always fixed. Read the full policy on the Refunds page. A chargeback without contacting us results in a network ban.
Is this allowed under the Minecraft EULA?
Yes. We only sell cosmetic and convenience items: prefixes, pets, trails, keys with cosmetics, extra homes, hub fly. Never items or perks that make you stronger in PvP or win faster. That keeps us within the Mojang EULA and the Commercial Usage Guidelines.
Which payment methods are available?
Tebex supports iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices include VAT; Tebex is the merchant of record and handles VAT remittance.
