Terms of service
The rules for using PRISMA: the network, the website and the store.
1. Scope
By connecting to PRISMA or using the website you agree to these terms and the server rules. PRISMA Network may change the terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
2. Account and conduct
You play with your own Minecraft account and are responsible for what happens with it. Cheats, exploits, scams, hateful language and evading punishments are forbidden. Violations can lead to a mute, temporary or permanent ban, without any right to a refund.
3. Store
Purchases are digital goods delivered immediately. Tebex Limited is the seller and processes the payment; PRISMA Network delivers the items. All items are cosmetic or convenience and give no gameplay advantage. Prices are in euro, VAT included.
Ranks and items are bound to the account they were bought for and cannot be transferred. Ranks survive wipes and season changes; in-game currency and items may reset when announced in advance.
4. Chargebacks
Do not open a chargeback without contacting us first. An unfounded chargeback results in a permanent network ban, because we cannot carry the cost and risk of it.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the network online 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is announced on Discord and the status page. PRISMA Network is not liable for loss of in-game possessions due to outages, rollbacks or bugs.
6. Intellectual property
Minecraft is owned by Mojang Studios / Microsoft. PRISMA is not affiliated with them. Our builds, plugins, texts and the PRISMA brand belong to PRISMA Network and may not be copied without permission.
7. Governing law
